Privacy

The short version

This site runs two optional measurement tools and nothing else. There is no advertising network on it, no cross-site ad tracking, and no third-party booking widget. Enquiries reach us by phone or through the booking form, which our own server sends to our inbox as an email. The site keeps no enquiry database and no account: what you type is in that one message and nowhere else.

Both tools are off until you opt in. Until then no analytics code is downloaded, no cookie is set by them, and no request goes to Google or Microsoft at all.

Google Analytics 4, only if you opt in

Google Analytics counts visits and page views and reports roughly where in the world traffic comes from, which device it used, and which pages were read. To recognise a returning visit within a session it sets its own cookies on your device, named _ga and similar, readable only by this site.

We configure it with Google's advertising features off: no Google Signals, and no ad-personalisation signals. That means the data is used to measure this site, not to build advertising audiences.

Microsoft Clarity, only if you opt in

Clarity is a session-analytics tool from Microsoft. When it is on it records how pages are used: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, page views, and a snapshot of the page as it appeared. Microsoft describes what the product collects, and how it handles that data, in its own privacy statement.

Choosing "No" keeps Clarity and Google Analytics both off, and we do not ask again unless the set of tools changes. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, on your device.

The booking form, and the one company that carries it

The form posts to our own server, which validates it and sends one email to our inbox. Nothing is stored: there is no database behind it, no login and no saved basket, so the request exists as that email and as our reply to it.

The sending itself is done by Resend, an email service acting on our instructions, so the name, email address, phone number and trip details in a request pass through it on the way to us. Your address is set as the reply-to on that email so we can answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list from a booking request.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share personal data. We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels. We do not publish reviews or ratings, because we have collected none. The reservation page does check our own fleet for the dates you enter, and that check creates no record of you: the dates go to our fleet system and come back as prices, no account exists to attach them to, and nothing about your visit is stored until you choose to send a request.

Changing your mind

Use the control below at any time. Turning measurement off stops both tools on this page immediately, deletes the cookies they set on this site, and prevents them loading on your next visit. Cookies set on Microsoft's own domain are outside what this site can delete, because no page can remove another website's cookies.
