The phone line is the fastest route, and it is the one we would use ourselves. Email suits a request with dates and details in it, because everything you write arrives with the enquiry and we do not have to ask twice.

We do not publish opening hours, because we have no confirmed set of them to publish. Call and we will tell you when we can meet you.

Our office is in Chlorakas, a few minutes north of Paphos town. You do not have to come to it: there are four handover points and we bring the vehicle to three of them.

Delivery to a hotel or villa across the Paphos area is free at any rental length. At Paphos Airport the handover is a meet and greet rather than an in-terminal desk, and it is free on rentals of five days or more.

Limassol, Larnaca, Ayia Napa and Nicosia are coming and are not covered today, so please do not plan a Larnaca Airport pick-up around us yet.

None of this is required to get a reply. It is simply the list of things we would otherwise have to ask you for, and sending it in one message usually saves a round trip.

• Your dates and rough times, both for pick-up and for the return.
• Which of the four handover points suits you, and the hotel or villa address if we are delivering.
• What you want to hire, or the number of people and bags if you would rather we suggested something.
• The driver's age, and how long the licence has been held. Cars are from 21, and the licence needs to have been held for at least two years.
• Your flight number, if you are picking up at Paphos Airport.
• For a buggy, where you are hoping to ride. Routes are agreed in writing before you set off, and some places are not permitted.

Our rental terms in full

We read the request and reply to confirm what is available for your dates, what the total comes to, and where we will meet you. Until that reply, nothing is reserved and no vehicle is being held for you.

You pay at pick-up, in cash or by card. There is no prepayment at any stage and no booking fee. With a valid credit card there is no cash deposit, subject to approval, the vehicle category and the rental conditions.

We do not promise a response time on this page, because we have not measured one. If a request is urgent, call rather than write.

• It cannot check availability. There is no reservation system on this domain yet, so every request is answered by a person.
• It cannot confirm a booking on its own. A request is a request until we have replied.
• It cannot arrange a pick-up outside the Paphos area, or anywhere north of the Green Line.
• It cannot hire you a quad, a cargo van or a minibus with a driver. We do not have them.
